Bavaria at Bear Creek!


Fall is in the air and Bavaria has come to Bear Creek! Enjoy the alpine splendor of fall at Bear Creek Mountain Resort with a Traditional Oktoberfest. The Fest area will be full of all the sights, sounds and smells of Germany. Grab a Maß, a one-liter fest mug, and taste all the beers, enjoy a heaping platter of hearty bratwurst, sauerkraut and warm potato salad. Grab a huge soft pretzel, steaming goulash soup, fankfurter or luscious slice of german chocolate cake. Join us for a Volksmarch on our mountain trails while listing to the jolly tempo of the oompah band.


Volksmarch: The only Oktoberfest Volksmarch in the Valley!

This is a 5K and 10K family fall foliage hike. Hikers will visit 2 fest tents along their travels. Hike to the second beer tent with panoramic mountain views. This will be a sanctioned event sponsored by the Liberty Bell Wanderers.

Traditional German fare and lots of BEER!

Featuring seasonal beers: Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse, Franziskaner Dunkel, Spaten Oktoberfest, Spaten Optimator, Spaten Pilsner, Stoudts Oktober Fest.

Traditional German Music & Folk Dancers

Tap your toes and slap your shoe. Let the sights and sounds of Oktoberfest take you to Bavaria. Traditional German Music from 12PM – 5PM provided by Mark Hamza and the Apple Strudel Gang and watch the Almrausch dancers perform a rousing schuplatter.
