MEETING PLANNERS RECEIVE FREE SEASON PASSES AND SKI & STAY PACKAGES
MACUNGIE, PA. -- Bear Creek Mountain Resort and Conference Center, one of the Lehigh Valley’s most popular meeting destinations, is offering meeting planners valuable incentives for booking a summer event. Meeting planners who hold a meeting at Bear Creek before August 31, 2009 will receive their choice of a free unlimited season pass or midweek ski & stay package for the 09-10 ski season.

Each planner will receive one free unlimited season pass, a $590 value, or one free midweek ski & stay package, a $170 value, for every $5,000 of meeting and hotel expenses. To be eligible for the promotion, the meeting must take place Monday through Thursday during the months of June, July or August 2009. Season passes and ski & stays valid during the 09-10 ski season only.

Bear Creek Mountain Resort has over 26,000 square feet of meeting space featuring two large ballrooms, a rustic stone lodge, two executive boardrooms and a business center. In addition, meeting attendees have access to complimentary high speed and wireless internet access and state-of-the art audio visual equipment.
