BEAR CREEK HARVEST WINE FESTIVAL

Join us on Sunday, October 24 from 1-5pm for our Harvest Wine Festival at Bear Creek! Guests will enjoy wine and food samples, live music and seminars. Each guest will receive a commemorative wine tasting glass, event program and have access to our Wine Check service.

Participating wineries include: Antler Ridge Winery, Boyd's Cardinal Hollow Winery, Blue Mountain Winery and Vineyards, Chaddsford Winery, Sand Castle Winery, and Peace Valley Winery . Additional wineries and vendors will be announced prior to the event.

ENTERTAINMENT: Wine Fest will feature the live music of Tim Harakal.
Additional entertainment will be announced closer to the event.

TICKETS: Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door. Advance tickets are available for purchase online or in person at The Inn at Bear Creek. Designated driver tickets are also available for $5. (Please note that designated drivers will not receive a wine glass.) Advance tickets will be available for purchase online until October 22 at midnight. All tickets ordered online must be printed at home.

TIME OF EVENT: The Guest Services lobby will open at 12:30pm for ticket sales. Doors for the event open at 1pm. Wine Festival ends at 5pm and Wine Check closes promptly at 6pm.

HOTEL PACKAGES: Make it a vacation! Overnight packages are also available at our onsite hotel.

WINE DINNER: Join us after the Festival for a Wine Dinner at The Grille. Additional information to follow.



WINE FESTIVAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
-Festival tickets are non-refundable.
-Late arrivals will be charged full price for entry.
-Event attendees must be 21 years of age, or older, and have a valid ID.
(This includes designated drivers)
-Children and infants are not permitted into the event.
-Pets are not permitted into the event unless medically necessary.
-Promotional photos or videos may be taken at the event. By purchasing a ticket, all attendees consent to the use of their image in Bear Creek promotional materials.
-Outside coolers, food and beverages are not permitted into the event.
-Bear Creek reserves the right to remove any individuals from the event for any reasons.
-Bear Creek reserves the right to inspect any/all bags and deny entry of any/all bags.
-Photo, video or audio recording of entertainers is not permitted.
-Please consume alcohol responsibly and know your limits. Accommodations are available at The Inn at Bear Creek.

WINE CHECK:
If you purchase two or more bottles of wine please utilize our Wine Check. When wine is purchased, the winery will provide you with a Wine Check slip. After the festival, come to the Wine Check and show your Wine Check slip to the attendant. They will locate your purchase for you. The Wine Check area is located in our Snowsport School area. Wine Check will close promptly at 6pm.
