BEAR CREEK BREW FEST

Tap into the Creek at the 4th annual Bear Creek Brew Fest on June 7, 2009 from 1-5pm!

Guests will enjoy beer samples at the base of the mountain, live music and seminars. Each guest will also receive a commemorative tasting glass. Food will be available for purchase.

PARTICIPATING BREWERIES INCLUDE:
Allentown/Bethlehem Brew Works, American Ale, Bavarian Barbarian, Blue Moon, Clipper City, Cricket Hill, Harpoon, Lancaster, Landshark, Long Trail, Magic Hat, Sam Adams, Shock Top, Sly Fox, Spaten, Stoudts, Troegs, Victory, Weyerbacher and Yuengling.

MUSIC: Enjoy live music by Tavern Tan, a band named for the sort of complexion you get from the neon beer lights. Tavern Tan plays live American Music- the sound of the original roots of rock and roll.

TICKETS: Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door. Tickets available for purchase online here. Designated driver tickets are also available for $5. (Please note that designated drivers will not receive a tasting glass.) Tickets will be available for purchase online until June 5 at 5pm. All tickets ordered online must be printed at home.

IM ABLE FOUNDATION: A portion of the proceeds will benefit the IM ABLE foundation, which enriches lives through raising awareness about physical fitness possibilities for disabled people and encouraging and enabling disabled children to be more active. View more about this organization here.

BREW FEST RULES AND REGULATIONS:
-Festival tickets are non-refundable.
-Event will be held rain or shine. (In the event of steady rain, festival will be held indoors.)
-Late arrivals will be charged full price for entry.
-Event attendees must be 21 years of age, or older, and have a valid ID. (This includes designated drivers.)
-Children and infants are not permitted into the event.
-Pets are not permitted into the event unless medically necessary.
-Promotional photos or videos may be taken at the event. By purchasing a ticket, all attendees consent to the use of their image in Bear Creek promotional materials.
-Outside coolers, food and beverages are not permitted.
-Guests may bring lawn chairs and/or blankets. Bear Creek is not responsible for misplaced or stolen items.
-Bear Creek reserves the right to remove any individuals from the event for any reason.
-Bear Creek reserves the right to inspect any/all bags and deny entry of any/all bags.
-Photo, video or audio recording of entertainers is not permitted. -Please consume alcohol responsibly and know your limits. Accommodations are available at The Inn at Bear Creek.
