Race Classes

Vintage Class
440 and under liquid cooled, unlimited fan cooled or open air design, 1980 and older, or Must have OEM leaf springs. (No mods to sled, all equipment must be OEM.) Clarification: Mods to motor and track are the same as the trail classes. Allowed to have mods such as exhaust, intake, and attachments to the motor. We want the equipment to be OEM to the machine. (ex. we don't want to see a 1973 sled with a 1999 motor in it.)
60cc Kitty Cat
Must have 60cc OEM engine. Mods to the sled are the same as the trail classes.  Allowed to have mods such as exhaust, intake attachments, jetting, clutching, and gearing. Tethered kill switches are mandatory.  All guards must be in place.
120cc Trail
Must have OEM engine. Mods to the sled are the same as the trail classes.  Allowed to have mods such as exhaust, intake attachments, jetting, clutching, and gearing.  Tethered kill switches are mandatory.  All guards must be in place.
120cc Mod
Any 120cc sled with a non OEM engine. Any and all aftermarket parts are allowed. Must have all guards in place.
200cc Trail
Must have OEM engine. Mods to the sled are the same as the trail classes. Allowed to have mods such as exhaust, intake attachments, jetting, clutching and gearing. Tethered kill switches are mandatory. All guards must be in place. 80cc  Snoscoots will run this class.
200cc Mod
Any 200cc sled with a non OEM engine. Any and all aftermarket parts allowed. Tethered kill switch mandatory. Must have all guards in place.

ALL TRAIL CLASSES WILL RUN THREE WIDE WINNER ADVANCES TO WINNERS BRACKET AND LOSERS TO LOSER BRACKET
500cc Trail
Factory stated 500cc and under machines.  Includes any cc fan cooled or free air machine.
600cc Trail
Factory stated 600cc and under machines.
700cc Trail
Factory stated 700cc and under machines.
800cc Trail
Factory stated 800cc and under machines.
850cc, 900cc Trail
Factory stated 900cc and under machines.
1000cc Trail
Factory stated 1000cc and under machines.

Trail classes are allowed to have mods such as aftermarket muffler, y pipe and intake. 4 Strokes allowed to have full exhaust and intake. Motor work such as big bore and porting (over 1mm, .40 over) will put you in the appropriate mod class. First and second place are subject to bore and stroke inspection. BE HONEST. Aftermarket expansion chamber and billet head will put you in next trail class. Pump gas only (NO FUEL ADDITIVE ALLOWED) fuel will be checked. Trail studs only. No lowered suspension (no excessive modifications allowed).

600cc Mod
Any type 600cc and under motor. Any type of engine mods and aftermarket parts.  No power adders.
800cc Mod
Any type 800cc and under motor. Any type of engine mods and aftermarket parts.  No power adders.
Pro Mod
Two stroke all motor, 4 stroke turbo sled must have OEM stock turbo and stock impeller (Will be checked at tech inspection) any exhaust, Nitrous Bottles must be removed to run in this class.  Yamaha viper with “dealer installed turbo” will race this class. No power adders. Chisels studs and race fuel allowed.
Super Stock 1000cc and under
Any 2 stroke trail sled with engine mods including full exhaust, billet head or porting. Trail studs and pump gas only. No chisel studs, no race gas, no fuel additives. Fuel will be checked.
King of the Trail
4 stroke turbo sleds must have OEM stock turbo and stock impeller (Will be checked at tech inspection), any 2 stroke including 2 strokes with turbo. All sleds must have muffler exiting in stock location. Trail studs and pump gas only. No chisel studs, no race fuel, no fuel additives. Fuel will be checked.   
Outlaw
Any type motor, any aftermarket parts, any type power adder,  all safety rules still apply, all guards and covers must be in place,  strongly suggested that high horsepower sleds have increased safety guards in place for the drivers protection.

FOUR STROKE CLASSIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

500cc Trail
Yamaha Phazer - 500cc twin, Ski Doo 900 ACE
600cc Trail
Yamaha 03-05 RX1, Warrior-1000cc, 4 cylinder, no turbo, Yamaha Nytro 07 or older, Vector-1000cc triple, no turbo, Rage, Arctic Cat Z1 Jag, 2-stroke - Ski Doo 500SS,  Arctic cat f 1100 non turbo
700cc Trail
Yamaha Apex, Attak- 1000cc 4 cylinder, Yamaha 08 to 12 Nytro-1049cc, Yamicat viper/ac7000, Ski Doo 1200cc Polaris FST750T
1000cc Trail
Arctic Cat Z1 Turbo and F 1100cc turbo, (turbo sleds must be stock ecu, No programmer, must be stock boost, including stock exhaust, will be checked at tech)
Snowmobile Drag Race Rules
  1. Clean outs are no longer allowed.  Absolutely no clean outs anywhere. Safety number one.
  2. Tethered kill switch is mandatory in all classes.
  3. Full face helmets or helmet with goggles are mandatory.
  4. All sleds must go through technical and safety inspection before going to the pits.
  5. All final decisions will be made by the pit boss or race personnel.
  6. The return lane will be the trail to the left of the track. Continue uphill after the finish line to the check station where the looser will be marked. Return to the pits or staging lanes. No horseplay will be tolerated on the return trail. Limit speed to 30mph on the return lane.
  7. Any power adder will put you in the open mod class (nitrous, turbo, supercharger, propane)
  8. Max 2 classes per sled.
  9. Losers will race losers, winners will race winners. After the first heat you will be separated in the pits. There will be a one loss lane and a winner’s lane.  Once you are in the one loss bracket you are there till you race your way out of it.
  10. Pay attention to announcements and when you will be up. There will be a lot of sleds and we want the event to run smoothly.
  11. Pit passes are available for five dollars. One pit member per driver. No one is allowed in the pits other than ticketed persons.
  12. Must be at least 18 years of age to race in 500 stock class and higher.
  13. Absolutely no unloading anywhere but in the unloading zone. If there are any marks on the pavement this event will not be allowed to take place in the future. Please respect the property!
  14. All trail sleds are to be trail ride able.
  15. All chain and belt guards must be in place.
  16. Any lug height can run in any class, any stud length can run in any class.                                              
  17. Excessive lightening of sled will put you in the appropriate mod class.
  18. Tech has final say in class designation.
  19. Sandbagging or if you miss a round in your class due to any reason you will be marked with a loss
  20. Track length is 500'- Double elimination.   
  21. Any type of chisel, or shovel type stud will bump you to the appropriate Mod class.
  22. Tech reserves the right to check and replace fuel with 91 or 93 octane at any given time.
  23. Race fuel will bump you to a mod class.
