Our New Normal - What to expect on your next visit!

The Spa at Bear Creek Mountain Resort is committed to health and safety of our guests and team members.  We appreciate your understanding as we adjust our procedures in keeping with our Ever Strong program for guest and team member health and safety and in compliance with new directives from State regulators. We will continue to review and update these policies as new guidance is released so please check back before visiting to ensure you have the most up to date information. 

Prepare to Pamper

We are currently scheduling appointments for all services with the exception of select massages, and facials, as well as lip/chin waxing.

We will update the "services" page as the state releases guidelines for performing these services.

Advanced reservations are required for all spa services. Unfortunately, due to scheduling restrictions and occupancy limits, we cannot accept walk-in business.
Reservations can be made by calling the spa directly at 610-641-7174 or by emailing us at thespa@bcmr.com.
We ask that all appointments be reserved with a major credit card. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice.
 
For any late cancellations, no show appointments, or date changes the following fees apply:
  • 25% for any non-resort holiday scheduled spa service(s)
  • 50% for any service(s) scheduled during a resort holiday week
  • 100% for any same day scheduled service(s).
 
If you have been exposed to or are experiencing symptoms of the Coronavirus, The Spa strongly encourages guests to cancel upcoming spa appointments, even within the 24 hour window, to prevent the spread of germs and virus amongst our technicians and guests. Thank You.

No, gratuities are not included.

A 15-20% tip is customary, but the amount of the tip is up to you. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk, or we can include tips on a credit card, room charge, or Bear Creek gift card.

If you are scheduled for a hair or nail service, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service time.  A spa team member will meet you in the spa lobby when they are ready to start your service.

If you are scheduled for a body treatment/massage, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service time.  A spa team member will meet you in the spa lobby when they are ready to start your service.

If you arrive late for your spa service, your service may be modified.
Please note that in order to honor the next appointment, your service will still end at the original scheduled time.

During your massage treatment, you will be professionally draped at all times. You are not required to wear anything under your robe or during your service. Some guests prefer to wear undergarments or bathing suits during massage services. However, we ask that you do not wear a bra or top during your service so the therapists have access to your back. Please feel free to dress in a way that makes you comfortable.

Please bring a mask that covers your nose and mouth.
Masks are requipred to be worn at all times in the spa. If you are receiving a hair service, a mask that loops over the ears is preferred.
We will do our best to honor all requests, but it is not guaranteed.
All of our therapists are licensed professionals and will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable.
Spa amenities include:

  • Indoor/Outdoor Hot Tubs
  • Indoor/Outdoor Pools
  • Massage & Body Treatments - Must be at least 13 years old with adult present in room
  • Facials - Must be at least 8 years old with adult present in room/spa
  • Nails - Must be at least 4 years old with adult present in room/spa

The Spa is located on the ground floor of the South tower in The Hotel at Bear Creek. Spa parking is located in lot 1B.
