What to Know About Massages

Massage therapy is used for stress relief, muscle tension relief, and to help blood circulation.

During your first massage you should expect a full body massage, unless specified otherwise. The amount of pressure is always customizable.

You can undress to your own comfort level.

A full body massage includes head, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, back, and glutes.

Before receiving a massage make sure you hydrate, use the restroom, and are ready to relax.

If you eat before your massage, make sure it is at least 30 min prior to your appointment time.

You don’t have to shower immediately before your appointment, but your body should be clean.
