Coordination Fee includes unlimited emails and scheduled phone calls with a wedding specialist, 6-month virtual meeting & review of vendor contracts, 2-month in-person final detail meeting, scheduled decor drop-off and review, coordination of ballroom & vendor setup, ceremony & reception decor setup & breakdown by the coordination team, overnight storage of decor
